How to add a Favorite products section to your Shopify store

Steps

1. In the theme editor (Customize), click Add section.

2. Locate Favorite products.

3. Make necessary changes.

4. Save.

How to customize a Favorite products section

Section settings

Setting	Description
Image ratio	Define how product images display: adapt to first image, square, etc.
Controls background	Choose background color for carousel controls (Dark / Light / None).
Desktop controls position	Align carousel controls to the left, center, or right on desktop.
Pagination type	Display navigation as dots or numbered counter.

In your Favorite products section > click Add Product.

Each Product block lets you feature an individual item alongside custom copy and a large image.

Setting	Description
Product	Select a product from your store catalog.
Large image	Upload an image (separate from the product’s image) to show as a banner.
Text	Add a short description or promotional message related to the product.
