You can add a contact page to your store to let customers get in touch with you.

## View contact form submissions

Your contact form sends all submissions to the sender email address of your store. You can change the **sender email** address in the [**Notifications**](https://admin.shopify.com/settings/notifications) settings page of your Shopify admin.

If you want to use another email address, then you can use a free online service to create a custom contact form to embed on your contact page.

## What to do if you don't receive the submissions of the contact form?

There are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Check that the sender email address you have entered in your Shopify admin settings > **Notifications** is correct.

2. Check your **SPAM folder** to make sure the emails from the contact form are not getting marked as spam.
3. Check your **email server settings** and also your **hosting provider settings** to see if there is any filter or restriction set that is blocking the email.
4. Check if the same issue happens when submitting the contact form on Shopify's Default theme **Dawn**.

If none of these steps work, it might be a good idea to reach out to Shopify support for further assistance.
