How to downgrade, upgrade, or cancel your Foxify plan

Changing your plan anytime to suit your business needs is simple - just visit the Plan page of your account.
Changes made to your plan are effective immediately.
Step 1: From your Shopify admin, click Apps > Foxify. Click Settings on the left sidebar of the screen > select Plan.
Step 2: Once you're on the pricing plan page, pick the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to.
If you want to downgrade your plan, you will be required to unpublish pages and sections to comply with the limits of the new plan.
If your current usage is within the new plan's limit, you can downgrade without affecting your published pages or sections.
For example: If you are currently on the Stater plan, which allows 25 published pages, and wish to downgrade to the Pilot plan, which allows 3 published pages, you must reduce the number of live pages to fit within the new plan's limit before completing the downgrade.
Step 3: You will then be directed to a Shopify page for subscription approval. Here, select Approve to finish.
Have questions or need advice on selecting a plan?
If you upgrade/ downgrade your Foxify plan, you will need to approve a new recurring app charge. This is because Shopify allows each app only one recurring app charge to be enabled at a time.
The existing recurring app charge will be canceled and replaced by the new charge.

Steps:
From Foxify dashboard, go to Settings > Account.
In the Plan details section, select Cancel charge.
Select Cancel subscription and select a reason to confirm.
If you cancel your paid plan with Foxify, all published pages and sections will continue to function as usual, but they will be 🚨automatically unpublished after 90 days🚨.
