Product information tabs
The product information tabs provide necessary characters of the product, such as product description, shipping and returns, reviews, and more.
This section provides extra info such as product description, shipping compliance, etc.
Steps
In the theme editor (Customize), open the template selector
Select Products, then Default product.
On the left-sidebar, add Product information tabs
Make necessary changes > Save.
Section settings
Merchants can control the color scheme used in the section and enable boxed layout.
Block settings
Product description
Display the description that merchants have already created in the Shopify products admin.
Custom content
You can add different types of content other than product description such as shipping and return policy.
Custom liquid
Custom liquid helps merchants display more dynamic content.
Product review apps
This section requires integration with a product reviews app, such as Growave, Judge.me, Loox, etc.
You can check how to integrate Shopify review apps here.
You can add custom liquid code from other review apps to the provided space.
For review apps that aren't directly integrated with Megamog, you have the option to manually include their functionality. Follow these steps:
Contact Support: Reach out to your chosen review app's support team.
Request Liquid Code: Ask them for the app's Liquid code that's needed for integration.
Paste the Code: Navigate to the block setting in Minimog where you wish to display the reviews and paste the obtained Liquid code into the provided space.
This enables you to utilize a wide range of review apps with Megamog, beyond those pre-integrated.
