Manage email template
Easily manage your email templates from one dashboard — edit settings, customize content, duplicate templates, and control their activation status to fit your needs.
Activate email template
Click the email template you just created, then select Activate template.
Deactivate email template
Click the email template you just created, then select Deactivate template to stop that email from running.
Delete email template
Select the email templates you no longer want to use by ticking the checkboxes, then click Delete.
You can only delete templates that have been deactivated. Make sure to deactivate an email template before deleting it.
Edit content
Click Edit content to open the email template editor.
More actions
Edit configs: Modify the email’s settings such as subject line, sender information, and reply-to address.
Duplicate: Create a copy of the existing email template for quick editing or reuse.
