Control how your email is presented with email configs

Edit email configs

Navigate to the Email Template Builder > Edit configs to modify and customize your email configurations as needed

You can also go to the email preview mode > Edit configs to make changes to your email settings

Write a concise and descriptive subject line for your email. This appears as the main title in the recipient’s inbox.

Add a short snippet (about 35 characters) that provides an overview of your email content.

This text appears as a preview in the recipient’s inbox or in email notifications, giving customers a quick summary before opening the email.

Specify the sender name that appears in the recipient’s inbox. You can use the default name or click Edit default to customize it.

Define the email address that will receive replies from customers. You can use the default reply address or click Edit default to change it.
