Overview

Email templates are pre-designed layouts used to send automated notifications — such as back-in-stock alerts or welcome messages — to your customers.

What are email templates in XFlow?

An email template is the message format XFlow uses in your workflows and campaigns to notify customers automatically when products are back in stock.

Each template defines:

  • The structure of your message (header, content, button, footer)

  • The content and styling (text, product details, call-to-action)

  • Dynamic personalization tags (like product name, price, or store name)

Where email templates are used

Templates are connected directly to your workflows. Whenever a workflow sends an email node, it uses the assigned email template to deliver the message.

Benefits of using email templates

  • Save time — create once and reuse across multiple campaigns.

  • Stay on brand — apply your logo, colors, and tone for a consistent look.

  • Personalize at scale — automatically include product names, variants, or prices using dynamic variables.

  • Improve conversions — highlight urgency, discounts, or restock limits to drive faster purchases.

  • Track performance — see open rates, clicks, and attributed sales for each template.
