## How to access pre-built email templates

### Access pre-built email templates

Go to the **XFlow dashboard > Email templates > Pre-built templates** to browse through the available templates and find ones that match your needs.

### Pick the template you like

Click on each email template to preview it. You can view both **desktop** and **mobile** versions.\
Once you find the right one, click **Select** to use the template.

### Customize and use the template

No need to start from scratch! Click **Edit content** to review and customize the template so it fits your store perfectly, then you’re good to go 🚀
