How to access pre-built email templates

Access pre-built email templates

Go to the XFlow dashboard > Email templates > Pre-built templates to browse through the available templates and find ones that match your needs.

Pick the template you like

Click on each email template to preview it. You can view both desktop and mobile versions.
Once you find the right one, click Select to use the template.

Customize and use the template

No need to start from scratch! Click Edit content to review and customize the template so it fits your store perfectly, then you’re good to go 🚀
