# Save email as a template for reuse

## Save a template for reuse

After designing your email, click **Save as template** to store it for future use.&#x20;

You can use the saved template as a starting point to design new templates, helping you maintain a consistent design and save time on setup.

### Select Save as template

Click the **three dots** in the top-right corner > choose **Save as template**

### Enter template name

Enter the template name you want to use to distinguish it from other saved templates, then click **Save**.

### Check your saved template

Go to **XFlow Dashboard** > **Email templates** > **Your saved**.

The template you just saved will appear here, allowing you to view or reuse it in future campaigns or workflows.
