Save a template for reuse

After designing your email, click Save as template to store it for future use.

You can use the saved template as a starting point to design new templates, helping you maintain a consistent design and save time on setup.

Select Save as template

Click the three dots in the top-right corner > choose Save as template

Enter template name

Enter the template name you want to use to distinguish it from other saved templates, then click Save.

Check your saved template

Go to XFlow Dashboard > Email templates > Your saved.

The template you just saved will appear here, allowing you to view or reuse it in future campaigns or workflows.
