Why customize your 'Notify me' form?
A well-designed sign-up form encourages shoppers to subscribe when products are sold out — helping you capture buyer intent while maintaining brand consistency. You can customize the form’s fields, content, messages, and display rules directly inside the XFlow app.
Access the Back-in-stock settings
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, open XFlow > Campaigns.
Select Global configuration in the top-right corner.
In the Back-in-stock settings, switch between the following tabs to configure:
Sign-up form
Notify me button
Others

Customize the Sign-up form
Under the Sign-up form tab:
You can edit the content customers see when signing up for notifications.



Customize the 'Notify me' button
Under the Notify Me button tab:
Adjust how the button looks and where it appears on your storefront.


Configure display rules and behavior
Under the Others tab:
Fine-tune how and where the form appears.
