Why customize your 'Notify me' form?

A well-designed sign-up form encourages shoppers to subscribe when products are sold out — helping you capture buyer intent while maintaining brand consistency. You can customize the form’s fields, content, messages, and display rules directly inside the XFlow app.

Customize the Sign-up form

Under the Sign-up form tab:

You can edit the content customers see when signing up for notifications.

Settings available
  • Fields settings: Choose what information to collect (e.g., Variant selector, Email, First name, or add more custom fields).

  • Submit button label: Customize your button text (e.g., “Notify me when available”).

  • Content: Add heading, description, and footer text (privacy policy, consent message).

  • Success screen: Edit thank-you message and confirmation text.

  • Confetti effect: Toggle on/off to display a confetti animation after signup.

Customize the 'Notify me' button

Under the Notify Me button tab:

Adjust how the button looks and where it appears on your storefront.

Settings available
  • Button label: Change the button text (e.g., “Notify me when available”).

  • Help text: Add a promotional note or incentive that shows under the button (e.g., “Subscribe today to get 15% off”).

  • Button position:

    • Inline button → appears below the “Add to cart” section

    • Floating button → fixed position on the side of the screen

  • Custom placement: Contact our support to show it on sticky bars or other custom areas.

Configure display rules and behavior

Under the Others tab:

Fine-tune how and where the form appears.

Settings available
  • Create Shopify customer: Option to create a customer profile when someone subscribes.

  • Display rules:

    • Show if any variant is out of stock

    • Show on product cards

    • Hide if the product has pre-order enabled
