Want a head start on your own layout? AI Layout Generator turns a prompt into a structured page layout in seconds.

Not a strict template — a starting point you can adapt to your product and store.

  1. Start from the Product details element
Add elements > Single product > Product details. This one element combines your product media and product information in a structured layout — it's the core of every product page.
Learn more about Product details element.
  2. Assign it to your products
Click Assigned products in the top bar, then apply the template to specific products or your entire catalog. Once assigned, Product details automatically pulls in each product's own title, price, media, and variants.
  3. Make variant and cart actions frictionless
In the Variant picker, choose Dropdown or Buttons — or turn on the Color Swatches extension so shoppers can see and pick colors visually instead of reading option names.
For Add to cart and Dynamic checkout, use the built-in buttons — they auto-detect the product and selected variant with no manual setup. Enable Ajax Add to Cart if you want items added without reloading the page.
  4. Answer objections before they're asked
Use Tabs or Collapsible content to organize sizing, materials, shipping, and care info without cluttering the page — shoppers expand what they need instead of scrolling past what they don't.
  5. Build trust and reduce hesitation
Add Testimonials or Press below the fold. Seeing other customers vouch for the exact product they're viewing is one of the strongest nudges toward checkout.
  6. Give shoppers a next step if they're not ready to buy
Add a Related Products or Favourite Products section, so a visitor who isn't sold on this exact item still has somewhere to go instead of leaving your store.

FAQs

Do I need to build a separate page for every product?
No. Build one Product details template and assign it to some or all of your products — each product page then pulls its own title, price, media, and variants automatically.

Why is every product page showing the same product?
A fixed product is selected inside the Product details element itself. Remove it and leave the element on preview only — the assigned-products setting is what controls which product shows on each page.

Should I use standard Buy buttons instead of the built-in Add to cart?
Not inside Product details — standard Buy buttons require a fixed product/variant, so they're better suited to a section that always links to one specific item. The built-in Add to cart and Dynamic checkout buttons already auto-detect the selected variant.

Do I have to follow this structure exactly?
No — it's a recommendation, not a required layout. Adapt or reorder sections based on your product and what your store's customers care about most.
