A recommended structure
- Open with a hero
Pair a full-width Image or Slideshow element with a Heading and Button. This is the first thing visitors see — lead with your brand's clearest value proposition and one primary call to action.
You may find this tutorial about Above the Fold Design helpful. - Surface your best products
Add a Product List or Favourite Products element to put bestsellers or new arrivals in front of visitors immediately — don't make them dig through collections to find what's popular. - Invite browsing by category
Use Main Collection, Collection List, or Collection Tabs so visitors who don't want a specific bestseller can browse by category instead of bouncing. - Build trust with social proof
Add Testimonials or Press elements. First-time visitors are more likely to keep exploring — and eventually buy — once they see other customers or media vouching for you. - Add urgency, if it fits your store
A Countdown Timer or Marquee Text works well for sales or limited-time promotions. Skip this section if you don't currently have a live promotion — an empty countdown reads as stale, not urgent. - Close with a way to stay in touch
End with a Newsletter Subscribe Form. Visitors who aren't ready to buy today can still opt in — this turns a one-time visit into an ongoing relationship.
