At FoxEcom, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted for our products, including Shopify apps, themes, and related services.

An unlimited free trial for themes and free plans for apps let you try our solutions in full. Therefore, make sure the item is right for your business before making any purchase.

### **Items That Are Not Refundable**

Given the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or credit on the purchase of the following items:

### **Item That Is Eligible For A Refund**

We may offer a refund for the following item under certain circumstances:&#x20;

We will assess refund requests in accordance with the [Envato Refund Policy](https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy). All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.&#x20;

There is generally no obligation to provide a refund in any of the situations listed below:

1. You simply change your mind;
2. You bought the item by mistake;
3. You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item made available;
4. You ask for goodwill; or
5. Your Envato account has been suspended.

To request a refund, please follow the instructions from the [Envato Help center](https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-).&#x20;

If your refund request is approved, it will be sent to the Envato Help Team for processing. This usually takes 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your bank statement or Envato account.

### **Account Inactivity**

FoxEcom does not automatically cancel app subscriptions due to inactivity.

If you no longer wish to use a FoxEcom app:

* You must cancel the subscription
* You must uninstall the app

Failure to cancel properly will not qualify for a refund.

### **Annual Billing**

Annual billing provides customers with a discount by requiring an upfront payment. Due to the nature of this discount, FoxEcom cannot extend refunds to subscriptions on annual billing. Any annual plan cannot be cancelled or closed until the next annual renewal date.

### **Accidental Upgrades**

Our upgrade process includes multiple confirmation steps with clearly displayed pricing.

As a result:

* Upgrades are considered intentional
* Refunds are not provided for accidental upgrades

To avoid further charges, please downgrade or cancel your plan before the next billing cycle.
