# Indemnification Affiliate Partner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FoxEcom from and against any claims, actions or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and professional services fees, arising or resulting from: * Your breach of this Agreement * Your participation in the Program * Your access to, use, misuse or illegal use of Customer Data * Our use of any Customer Data that you provide to us FoxEcom will notify the Affiliate Partner of any such claims, suits, or proceedings and provide all necessary information and assistance requested by the Affiliate Partner for the defense of the claim.
