Participation in the Program or this Agreement does not establish any association, partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the parties. Affiliates are not authorized to make or accept offers or representations on our behalf. Therefore, Affiliates must refrain from making any statements, whether on their sites or otherwise, that contradict this principle. Furthermore, this Agreement does not establish an exclusive relationship between you and us.
