Affiliate Rights & Obligations

Affiliate Rights

As a FoxEcom Affiliate, you are entitled to receive compensation for all qualifying Affiliate Conversions. This implies that the greater the number of merchants upgrading their FoxEcom apps, the greater your potential earnings from us.

Furthermore, in your capacity as an Affiliate, you possess the right to promote our products and services. You are granted permission to utilize the assets provided by us for the purpose of affiliate promotion. Additionally, you have the right to request further assets, content, or related materials from us, if deemed necessary to facilitate the promotion of our apps and services. It is important to note, however, that such requests must adhere to the promotional restrictions outlined in this Agreement (refer to Section VIII - Promotion Restrictions).

Affiliate Obligations

As a FoxEcom Affiliate, you are expected to adhere to the following obligations:

• Compliance with FoxEcom Affiliate Agreement and Legal Requirements: You must comply with the terms outlined in the FoxEcom Affiliate Agreement, as well as any other relevant laws and regulations, including those pertaining to copyright and intellectual property rights.

• Avoidance of Inappropriate Content Association: You are prohibited from associating FoxEcom products or services with any content deemed unsuitable. Please refer to the Promotion Restrictions outlined in Section VII of this Agreement for further details.

• Disclosure of Promotional Information: It is imperative that you disclose all information utilized to promote our products or services, including FoxEcom Assets and other affiliate-related materials.

• Truthfulness in Client Acquisition: You are required to provide truthful information when referring clients (merchants) to us. False or misleading representations will not be accepted.

• Prohibition of Fake Reviews: You must refrain from engaging in any activity that involves providing false or fake reviews about our products or services.

• Restriction on Benefits Request: You are not permitted to request benefits or rights that are excluded from the terms of this Agreement.

• Adherence to International Trade Regulations: You are prohibited from engaging in any behavior or practice that is considered to be condemned and penalized by International Trade Regulations.
