# Limitation of Liability Neither party shall in no way be held liable for the consequences of indirect damage. FoxEcom cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the actions or omissions of the Affiliate, or from the content of any communications made by the Affiliate on behalf of FoxEcom. The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold FoxEcom harmless against any claims or losses arising directly or indirectly from the performance of referral services. It is jointly agreed that FoxEcom’s liability shall not exceed the price paid by FoxEcom in return for the referral service(s) giving rise to the said liability, for the month of contract in which the damage occurred.
