# Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you (the “Affiliate”) agree to comply with these terms and conditions (the “Effective Date”). Please read this Agreement carefully.

By signing up, you also agree to provide FoxEcom with accurate and complete information. Information you provide and the selections you make during sign up, and any changes thereto from time to time, are an integral part of and governed by these Terms. If FoxEcom suspects that this information is inaccurate or misleading, we reserve the right to terminate these Terms for breach and consequently cancel the registration, and close the account without any damage nor indemnification being due to you. If you are registering as a FoxEcom Affiliate on behalf of another individual or organization, you should note that you are agreeing to this Agreement for that other individual or organization; and that you are representing to FoxEcom that you have the authority to bind that individual or organization to this Agreement (in which case, the terms “Affiliate” or “you” in this document refer to that individual or organization).

We may amend this Agreement from time to time, in which case the new Agreement will supersede prior versions. We will notify you of any material changes affecting your rights through a notification within the Partner Portal and/ or email and/or any other preferred contact address and direct you to the latest version.
