# Termination & Modification ## Termination This Agreement becomes effective upon the acceptance of your application by FoxEcom, which is at the sole discretion of FoxEcom, and upon notification of such acceptance, either in written or electronic form. Either party retains the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination, for any reason, all licenses granted herein shall promptly expire, and you must immediately discontinue the use of, and remove all links to the Site, as well as all FoxEcom trademarks, logos, and any other materials provided in connection with the Program. FoxEcom reserves the right to delete unconfirmed or inactive accounts. In the event of a violation of any applicable law or this Agreement, immediate termination of the Agreement will occur. The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that any accrued commissions will be forfeited immediately, and the Affiliate account will be terminated promptly. ## Modification We reserve the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at our discretion, including changes to referral fees, payout schedules, and program rules. You are responsible for reviewing any modifications on this page. If you find any changes unacceptable, your only option is to terminate this Agreement. Continuing participation implies acceptance of modifications.
