Compare-at prices do not show in live store

If your Compare-at prices aren’t showing on your live store, here’s how to identify and fix the issue.

Verify product data 🛒

Ensure that your products have valid Compare-at prices entered in the admin.

🛠️ Steps to check:

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Products.

2. Select a product and verify that the Compare-at price is higher than the Price. Save your changes and refresh your live store.

Check Shopify Markets settings 🌍

Shopify allows merchants to hide Compare-at prices for European Economic Area (EEA) customers, , due to compliance with legal directives.

🛠️ Steps to verify:

1. Go to Settings > Markets in your Shopify Admin.

2. Navigate to Preferences > Pricing.

3. Disable the option Compare-at price hiding.

Note: If this option is enabled, Compare-at prices will not display for customers in that region.
