# Configure your email settings
Set up how XFlow sends, tracks, tests, and manages your notification emails, including sender details, UTM tracking, unsubscribe behavior, and email providers.
## Sender domain options
XFlow supports two sender domain options:
| Use XFlow sender domain | Use your own sender domain |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Use the default XFlow email infrastructure with the `@mailer.xflow.so` domain. | Send notification emails using your own branded domain or subdomain.
Using your own sender domain can help:
• Improve brand trust
• Improve inbox placement
• Create a more professional email experience
Your sender domain must be verified before XFlow can send emails through it. |
When using your own sender domain, XFlow requires DNS verification records to authenticate your domain and improve email deliverability.
* **Required records:** DKIM records
* **Recommended records:** AIL FROM records, DMARC record
* Using a custom sender domain does not affect your email template content.
* You can update these settings anytime.
*Check out these tips when choosing and using your sender email address:* [*Why emails go to the spam folder?*](https://docs.foxecom.com/xflow-app/email-templates/email-templates-faqs/why-emails-go-to-the-spam-folder)
**Sender profile settings:** Defines the email identity used to send notifications.
* **Sender email**: The email address used to send notification emails.
* **From name**: The sender name displayed to customers.
* **Reply to**: The email address used to receive customer replies.

## UTM tracking
Configure UTM parameters to track email performance in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
* **utm\_source:** Identify where the traffic comes from.
* **utm\_medium:** Specify the type of email.
* **utm\_campaign:** Choose **Email name** or **Email name + Campaign name**

## Unsubscription option
Choose how the **Unsubscribe link** in your restock notification emails works:
* **Unsubscribe single product:** The customer is unsubscribed only from the product referenced in that email. They can still receive restock alerts for other products they subscribed to.
* **Unsubscribe all products (global):** The customer will stop receiving all restock alerts from your store.
When you switch the option, the change applies to all restock alert emails, including emails sent previously.
In the email template, XFlow provides a single **Unsubscribe link**. The behavior of this link depends on which of the two options above is selected in **Email settings**. XFlow does not support separate unsubscribe link types in the email template.
Click **Customize** to personalize the global unsubscription page and match it with your store branding.

## Email providers
Add and manage the email provider used to send outbound notification emails.
Click **Add provider** to connect an email provider using the available **API/SMTP configuration**.
Once connected, XFlow can use the configured provider to send your restock emails.
