# No new recordings for days — has Snapty stopped? ## Almost certainly not A check that finds nothing writes no new recording. That is deliberate: a store nobody has touched would otherwise fill its timeline with identical entries. On a healthy store, most checks find nothing. ## Confirm it in the activity log **History → Recent activity → View all activity.** Every check is listed, including the ones that found nothing. | What you see | What it means | | --- | --- | | **No change**, one a day | Snapty is running. Your theme has not changed since the last recording | | **Failed** or **Interrupted**, repeatedly | Checks are running and not finishing. The reason line under each says why. Interrupted once or twice is a deploy on our side and needs nothing; Failed repeatedly is worth a message to support | | No rows for several days | Checks are not running. Contact support | ## Check right now **Take a snapshot now** on the History screen reads your live theme immediately and tells you which case you are in: *"Snapshot recorded"* or *"Nothing had changed since the last recording."* ## What this does not mean A run of **No change** says your theme has not changed since Snapty started watching. It does not say the theme is in good shape — the baseline recorded it as it was found. See [Why Snapty never says your theme is fine](https://docs.foxecom.com/snapty-app/history-and-restore/overview#why-snapty-never-says-your-theme-is-fine).
