# Install Motrix theme

Motrix is available from the Shopify Theme Store, which means you can install it and build your whole store with it before paying anything. The trial has no time limit — you only pay when you publish the theme to your live store.

## What's included

* **Unlimited free trial.** Try Motrix with your own products, colors, and content for as long as you need.
* **One-time payment.** No subscription. You pay once, when you publish.
* **A license for one store,** with no expiry — keep using it as long as you like.
* **Free updates.** New features and fixes are available from the Theme Store, and you can download your purchase again at any time.

## Install Motrix

1. Go to the **Motrix** page on the [Shopify Theme Store](https://themes.shopify.com/).
2. Click **Try theme**.
3. Log in to the store you want to install it on, and confirm.
4. Motrix is added to **Online Store > Themes** in your admin, in your theme library.

## Customize during the trial

Everything in the theme editor is available while you're trialing. Add your products, set your colors and fonts, build your pages — none of it is lost.

1. From your Shopify admin, go to **Online Store > Themes**.
2. Find Motrix in your theme library and click **Edit theme**.
3. Make your changes and click **Save** as you go.

Your work is kept, and it's all there when you buy the theme.

  You can't edit theme code during a trial. **Edit code** is unavailable until you purchase. Everything in the theme editor works as normal — this only affects direct code changes.

## Buy and publish

1. From your Shopify admin, go to **Online Store > Themes**.
2. Find Motrix in your theme library, click the **⋯** menu, and select **Buy theme**.
3. Approve the charge.
4. Once purchased, click **Publish** on the Motrix theme.

## FAQs

#### How long does the free trial last?&#x20;

There's no time limit. You can keep Motrix as a trial theme and customize it indefinitely. Payment is only required to publish it to your live store.

#### Will I lose my customizations when I buy the theme?&#x20;

No. Everything you set up during the trial carries through to the purchased theme.

#### Can I use Motrix on more than one store?&#x20;
