# Recently viewed products

Show shoppers the products they've looked at before, so they can easily find them again and buy. Great for bringing back shoppers who browsed but didn't add to cart.

Available on all Foxify plans.

## Add Recently viewed products to your page

1. In the FoxStudio editor, open **Apps market** (**A**) and install **Recently Viewed Products** extension.
2. Open **Add to page** (**E**) > **App blocks**, then find **Recently Viewed Products** under **Installed apps**.
3. Drag the block onto your page. It works well near the bottom of product pages, collection pages, or your homepage.

  The editor shows sample products so you can design the layout. On your live store, the block shows the real products each shopper has viewed.

Select the block on your canvas to open its settings in the Inspector.

### Layout

Layout settings can be set separately for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Select a device icon to switch.

  | **Columns**                    | How many products show in one row.                                       |
  | **Gap**                        | Horizontal and vertical space between products.                          |
  | **Enable carousel on desktop** | Show products in a sliding row instead of a grid on desktop.             |
  | **Enable swipe on mobile**     | Let shoppers swipe through products on mobile instead of scrolling down. |

  **Tip:** If **Max products to show** is higher than **Columns**, turn on carousel or swipe so products don't wrap into extra rows.

## What shoppers see

As shoppers browse your store, the block shows the products they've viewed, with the most recent first. Each product shows its image, title, and price, and links to the product page.

## FAQs

#### Why doesn't the block show on my live store?

The block only appears after a shopper has viewed at least one product. Open a few product pages on your live store, then check again.

#### Can I add it to multiple pages?

Yes. Add the block to any page or template. It shows the same browsing history everywhere.
