# Use discount code

   Use a promo code to get a discounted subscription fee when activating your paid plan, changing your plan, or paying for your next billing cycle.

## Use a discount code when changing your plan

### Access the Plan section

In the left sidebar, select **Plans & Pricing**.

### Add the discount code

1. On your Pricing page, locate the message "**Have a discount code?**"
2. Click **Enter here** and insert your code.

### Insert your discount code

Enter your code and click **Apply.**

### Select a new plan

After applying your discount code, you will see your new pricing reflected. Then, **select a plan.**

### Approve the new charge

You will then be directed to a Shopify page for subscription approval. Here, select **Approve** to finish.

Once you have done this, the discount will be automatically applied to your next billing cycle.

Double-check your billing status in Shopify Billings if needed.

## Use a discount code for your current plan

You can apply a discount code with your current plan. By doing this, a new discounted subscription will replace your previous subscription.

### Access the Account settings

In the left sidebar, click on Foxify **Settings**  > **Plan.**

### Click **Claim discount.**&#x20;

In the discount pop-up, insert your code.

### After applying your discount code, you will see your new pricing reflected. Click **Claim discount**.
