Uninstall Foxify

2 min read
Uninstalling Foxify removes the app from your Shopify store and cancels your subscription. If you only want to stop being billed without removing the app, cancel your plan instead β€” your pages stay saved on the Free plan.

Before you uninstall, note the following:

  • All published Foxify pages and sections will be automatically unpublished 90 days after uninstalling.
  • Uninstalling stops future billing, but a charge that has already been generated for your current billing cycle may still appear on your next Shopify invoice. Learn more about Shopify app billing
  • Your page data is preserved β€” reinstall Foxify and select a plan to restore your pages.

Steps

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps.
  2. Find Foxify Page Builder and click Uninstall.
  3. Select a reason and click Uninstall to confirm.

βœ… Done when: Foxify no longer appears in your installed apps and your subscription is cancelled.

FAQs

Will my pages be deleted immediately after I uninstall?
No β€” your pages remain saved. Published pages and sections will stay live on your storefront for 90 days, then be automatically unpublished. Your page data is preserved and can be restored if you reinstall Foxify.

I uninstalled but still got charged. What should I do?
This can happen if the billing cycle had already started before you uninstalled. Contact us via live chat or at happytohelp@foxecom.com for more clarification.

What's the difference between cancelling my plan and uninstalling?
Cancelling your plan downgrades you to the Free plan β€” the app stays installed and your pages are preserved. Uninstalling removes the app entirely and triggers the 90-day countdown before pages are unpublished.
