During the 7-day trial, you have access to everything in your selected plan — all page types, templates, FoxStudio editor, Fox Magic AI tools, and integrations.
You can create unlimited pages and explore all features without selecting a plan. However, you need to select a plan to publish pages to your live store.
When does the trial start? The trial starts as soon as you select a plan — not when you install Foxify. If you're exploring the app without a plan, the 7-day countdown hasn't started yet.
Do I need to enter payment details? Yes — Shopify requires a payment method on file when you select a plan. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends? If you stay on your plan, you're charged on the first billing date after the trial. If you want to cancel, remove the app before the 7 days are up and you won't be charged.
Foxify billing runs on Shopify's app subscription system, which works independently from your Shopify plan billing cycle.
App charges are generated on an independent 30-day cycle. A charge may appear even if you uninstall the app shortly after the trial ends — because the billing cycle had already started. Learn more about how Shopify bills for apps
Can I switch plans during the trial? Yes — you can change your plan at any time during the trial. The new plan takes effect immediately, but you're only charged after the 7-day trial ends.
Can I extend the free trial? Trials cannot be extended. If you need more time, reach out to our support team via live chat — we may be able to help.
What happens if I upgrade from Free to a paid plan partway through the month? Shopify prorates the charge based on the remaining days in your billing cycle. You'll only pay for the days you're on the paid plan.
I canceled during the trial but was still charged. What should I do? This can happen if the app was uninstalled after the billing cycle had already started. Contact us via live chat at happytohelp@foxecom.com and we'll look into it.
Does the trial apply to renewals or returning users? The free trial is available for new subscriptions only — it can't be applied to an existing or renewed subscription.
Where do I find my billing history? To see the billing history, please go to the Billing page in your store admin.
