Check the assigned theme
- From Foxify dashboard, go to Settings > General.
- Check the theme Foxify works with.
- Ensure it matches the theme you’ve published in Shopify.
Pick a theme to work with Foxify
Assign products/ collections to templates
- Select the page you have created to open the editor.
- In the top bar, select Assigned products/collections and select the products/collections you want to use in the template.

Clear cache and check store URL
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Refresh the page.
- Ensure you’re accessing the correct store URL.
