Add to cart button not showing on live or preview page

If your Add to cart (ATC) button shows up in the editor but disappears on the preview or live page, don’t worry — it’s a common setup issue.

✅ Why this happens

In most cases, this occurs because you’ve added the ATC element from the Buy Buttons group, which is designed to work only when a specific product variant is selected.

This element is great for featuring one product, but it requires manual product selection to appear.

🛠️ How to fix it

If you want to feature a specific product

Select a product in the ATC element settings.

The ATC element from Buy Buttons only works when linked to a specific product.

If you are building a Product details section

Use the ATC element from the Product group instead.

To make sure your ATC button works properly:

  1. Go to Add element > Product
  2. Drag and drop the Add to cart element into your section

This element is dynamic and works automatically with the assigned products.
