#Affiliate Lead Registration

While we prioritize the integrity of our Affiliate Program, it's important to outline certain lead generation practices that FoxEcom does not count as valid:

• Bot-generated Leads: Leads generated by automated bots or scripts with the intention of artificially inflating referral numbers.
• Non-Genuine Purchase/ Subscriptions: Purchases of the product made by individuals who have no genuine interest in using the product and only subscribe to generate commission for the Affiliate.
• Unauthorized Payment and Refund Abuse: Leads or conversions that result in a refund due to unauthorized or disputed payments (such as chargebacks or fraudulent card use) will not be counted as valid. Affiliates found engaging in this behavior will be disqualified from the Affiliate Program and forfeit any earned commissions.
• Misleading Promotions: Leads generated through misleading or deceptive promotional tactics, such as promising incentives or rewards for installation without disclosing the true purpose.
• Incentivized Purchase/ Subscriptions: Leads are obtained by offering incentives or rewards to users for installing the product, where the user's primary motivation is the incentive rather than genuine interest in the product.
• Duplicate Leads: Leads generated by the same individual or device through multiple clicks on the Affiliate Link within a short period, with the intention of artificially inflating referral numbers.
• Non-Compliant Leads: Leads obtained through methods that violate the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program or applicable laws and regulations.
• Inactive or Dormant Leads: Leads that do not engage with the product or demonstrate any meaningful usage after installation, indicating a lack of genuine interest or intent to use the product.

Affiliates need to adhere to ethical and lawful practices when promoting products and generating leads. FoxEcom reserves the right to investigate and reject any leads that are deemed fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant with the terms of the Affiliate Program.

#Commission Structure

#Commission for FoxEcom Apps (Foxify & FoxKit)

Commission = Commission Rate ∗ Net Revenue

• Net Revenue = Subscription price - Processing Fee 3% - Regulatory Operating Fee or Digital Services Tax (see the listed countries below)

App Affiliate Partners will start earning recurring monthly commissions beginning from the second referred store that upgrades to a paid subscription of a FoxEcom apps.

• The first referred store will not generate any commission. This policy helps us ensure that commissions are rewarded to dedicated affiliates who demonstrate genuine intent and long-term commitment.
• From the second successful referral onward, Affiliate partners will receive a monthly recurring commission for as long as the referred store maintains a paid subscription.

This structure is designed to maintain lead quality and foster strong, performance-based partnerships.

• Net Revenue = Theme price - Buyer Fee $15 - Author Fee 12,5%

#Megamog theme

# Affiliate tier structure

The FoxEcom Affiliate Program consists of three tiers: Classic, Gold, and Premium. Tiers are assigned based on the affiliate partner’s performance, and each tier corresponds to a specific commission rate.

An affiliate partner will be placed in a single unified tier that applies consistently across both FoxEcom App Affiliate and Theme Affiliate programs.

However, commission rates for each tier may differ between the App Affiliate and Theme Affiliate programs.

#Exclusions

• Free plans and trial periods are ineligible for consideration. Upgrades must constitute a paid subscription and surpass the trial duration to be deemed as conversions.
• Transaction fees or usage charges are not included in the calculation; solely monthly subscriptions are accounted for apps.
• In the event of a refund for an upgrade, your commission will be deducted accordingly from the respective subscription.

#Payment Process

• App commissions: Automatically tracked and calculated for affiliate partners once an app subscription is successfully recorded by the system.
• Theme commissions: After a manual lead submission, the conversion will remain on hold for 30 days. After this period, it will be converted into a valid referral if the purchase is confirmed.
• Commissions will be paid in USD.
• Commissions will be paid on the fifth day (5th) of the month (after 30 days on-hold period) for all valid conversions and will be transferred via PayPal.

#Referral Reports

To ensure transparency and effective communication, we will send out detailed affiliate referral reports on a quarterly basis. Reports will include comprehensive data on referred sales and commission earned to help you track your progress and optimize your strategies.
